Elpis is a multidisciplinary exploration at the intersection of abstract painting, geometric form, and material expression. The project manifests as a series of sculptural lighting objects that blur the boundary between art and design. Each piece integrates painterly abstraction with structural clarity—inviting viewers to experience both emotional resonance and functional beauty.

The creative process behind Elpis combines organic inspiration, tactile experimentation, and digital rendering, allowing traditional craftsmanship and contemporary techniques to coexist in harmony.

ECLIPSE

Documentation Photograph

Strength and softness, absence and return. Its form evokes the cosmic dance of an eclipse, where the light is never gone, only momentarily veiled. Like its strong metal structure softened by a gentle glow, it feels dramatic yet hopeful — because the light always returns.

MIRAGE

Documentation Photograph

Like a shimmer on a distant road, Mirage blurs the line between the real and the imagined. Crafted in wood but painted to echo itself, it becomes a quiet illusion — a shadow of its own form.  It reflects the essence of hope: something you reach for, not always tangible, but always guiding — just beyond the edge of certainty.

DAWN

Documentation Photograph

Light begins to rise — slowly, gently. A soft warmth grows, casting away the blur of night and revealing the quiet clarity of morning.  It’s a reminder that every day begins with hope.

SPECTRA

Documentation Photograph

A quiet radiance unfolds in layers — not loud, but infinite.  Translucent surfaces mirror one another, amplifying light into a shifting dialogue between reflection and hue.  Light becomes memory, and memory becomes hue . Fulfillment doesn’t arrive in one shade, but in the entire spectrum

HALO

Documentation Photograph

Where circles of light embrace the sun, a celestial ring suspended in stillness. The layered stone suggests grounded calm, while the delicate circular above floats like a circle of light — a symbol of protection, presence, and the unseen. In moments of darkness, Halo reflects the essence— a soft, unwavering glow of hope that surrounds and uplifts.
